Ramon “Coach Kikito” Germán

Ramon “Coach Kikito” Germán is the Head Coach of the 5 Star Mid-Atlantic 12U team, bringing professional playing experience, elite-level instruction, and a deep passion for developing young athletes. Coach Kikito played in the Houston Astros organization from 1997 to 2003, competing as both a shortstop and third baseman. During his career, he earned Multiple MVP Honors across top developmental leagues:

• Dominican Summer League MVP

• Rookie-Level Night League MVP

• High-A MVP for three consecutive seasons

A proud native of La Romana, Dominican Republic, Ramon also competed in the prestigious Dominican Winter League (LIDOM), playing three seasons with Los Toros del Este. Coach Kikito combines professional insight, Dominican baseball culture, and a relentless work ethic to help players elevate every part of their game.
